It is Breast Cancer awareness month and I am passionate about helping others going through this journey by sharing my story.  Throughout this month I will be sharing many of the things I have learned along the way hoping to inspire the community in which I live!  I am an open book and if you want to reach out or have any questions I would be more than happy to connect:  freska@KOIT.COM

It’s been 5 years since the most humbling journey of my life. At the age of 39 my body told me I needed to make serious lifestyle changes. I had a lump in my breast that ended up being cancer. Went through surgery chemo and radiation and then 2 more reconstructive surgeries 4 years later. In these 5 years after treatment I have spent my time researching ways to strengthen the immune system which ultimately leads to overall great health. I am dedicated in helping people become more aware of the resources available to them when they get sick and how to treat many of these health challenges naturally. It is Breast Cancer Awareness month and throughout the month I will post as many of the things I have learned in hopes you will check back frequently and learn about how you can live a healthier life. And as always THANK YOU to @BCEF AND #teamfreska @teamfreska I will forever be grateful for the kindness and compassion you showed my family.
