So what IS the proper pronunciation of Silicon Valley anyway

Living in the Bay Area we are familiar with Silicon Valley. We have heard it being pronounced Silli-CONE Valley. We’ve even heard it as Silli-Khan Valley which, in my opinion is better than having the word cone on the end like the area was made of pine trees and cones. The proper pronunciation is Sili-kin Valley just as the woman demonstrates below. The Webster Dictionary pronounces it that way as well. Listen to it here.
