I think we can all agree that Thor’s physique is more than in shape. Chris Hemsworth brought that character to life with a great deal of dedication and hard work. His trainer Luke Zocchi said they normally wouldn’t train for more than an hour each time. I guess we could only imagine the intensity of that hour! Chris worked a lot of free weights, ropes, box jumps and more circuit training. Aside from the time in the gym he had to adhere to a certain diet as well.
