What in the world is watermelon skiing?

Watermelon skiing is actually a real thing!  You put each of your feet in it’s own watermelon “shoe” and hold on to a rope for dear life as someone pulls the rope while you hope to not fall down.  You can experience this first hand at the California Watermelon Festival in Lake View Terrace, California on June 29 & 30.
