NEW Lion King Trailer Looks AWESOME!

I’ll be honest. I’m not a fan of the massive amount of reboots that are happening in Hollywood right now. They seem lazy and I’m craving something new and unique to take my breathe away. That being said, I can not WAIT for this live-action version of Lion King. The Lion King is one of my favorite Disney movies and when I heard they were giving it the live-action treatment I was pretty upset about it. However, after watching this trailer I’m convinced it’s going to be even more stunning than the original.
Will it capture my heart? Probably not. The first one is classic and everything they do will be compared to the original version and nothing will live up to that. But knowing that I’ll be able to enjoy the movie for what it is and be amazed by the insane graphics that they are able to achieve now with the advancement in technology. I remember when the stampede scene in the original was such a huge deal because nothing like that had ever been done before and it was magical. Maybe we can get that feeling again with the new one? Only time will tell.
